The rooms at Island Lodge Phu Quoc are air-conditioned and have free WiFi, making it easy to stay connected and comfortable during our stay. We loved the premium bedding and laptop-friendly workspaces in the rooms, allowing us to relax and get work done easily. The bathrooms were modern and well-appointed, with rainfall showerheads and complimentary toiletries for a luxurious experience. Some rooms even came with a kitchen, complete with a stovetop, which was perfect for preparing our own meals. The double room we stayed in had a balcony, electric kettle, and tea/coffee maker, adding a nice touch to our mornings. The bungalow had a private entrance and a tile/marble floor, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere throughout our stay.

Personally, I found the partially open bathrooms with showers a bit inconvenient, but others might appreciate the unique design.

The location of the hotel is not ideal for those who want to be near any other restaurants, shops or attractions. You either have to rent a bike or take a taxi to get anywhere. The rooms are basic, with uncomfortable chairs at the pool, and the shower takes a long time to get hot. However, the staff are friendly and the food prepared by the chef is tasty.

The pool is not very well-maintained and needs cleaning more often.

The staff deserves special mention for their exceptional service. The hotel offers stunning views and a serene atmosphere. Facilities like daily housekeeping and fireplace are readily available for my enjoyment.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a charming hotel on a beautiful tropical island. This hotel truly exceeded my expectations in so many ways! First and foremost, the value for money was outstanding. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the high level of service and the attention to detail provided by the staff.

All in all, my experience at this hotel was absolutely fantastic! There is really nothing negative that I can pinpoint.

All was perfect.

The pool area is nice and the staff was pleasant and helpful with arranging taxis. The rooms were clean and modern. The location was close to restaurants and shops.

Our room also had a musty smell that was hard to ignore. there were quite a few mosquitoes in the room and we had trouble sleeping due to the noise from the street.

This hotel offers great value for money with its affordable prices. The attention to detail is impressive, with the staff going out of their way to make guests feel at home. The location is ideal, situated in a quiet area but not too far from the Ong Lang center.

No major complaints, everything was satisfactory.

The accommodations were well-furnished and they left a hammock on every porch area which was awesome for snoozing. The free bicycles they provided and the friendly and helpful staff were really a plus. The breakfast served every morning was simple but lovingly prepared and still delicious.

The location was a little far from the main street, so it took around 10 minutes to get there by taxi, and it was hard to find the hostel which was located inside a small alley. If you don't have a motorbike, it may be difficult to move to other places since the hostel is outside the city centre.

Clean and peaceful hotel with helpful staff, free bike rentals, and a beautiful pool. Walking distance to a quiet but slightly dirty beach and a beachside café with cheap food and drinks.

The recreational amenities at the hotel were fantastic. I had the opportunity to relax and unwind in the outdoor pool, which was a great way to destress after a long day of meetings. Additionally, the spa services offered at the hotel, such as the Thai massage, were truly indulgent and rejuvenating.

Phu Quoc island has a trash issue, generally the island and beaches are full of litter which is a real shame so this accommodation was a lovely clean refuge.

They were clean, well-appointed, and had all the amenities we needed like coffee and tea making facilities, a fridge, TV. The bathroom was also lovely. We loved spending time on the balcony, which had a table, chairs, and a hammock. And let's not forget the fantastic swimming pool with a Jacuzzi—it was a highlight of our stay.
